Apps help you book facilities and share notices. They do not replace the small habits that make a building feel like home.

Say hello in the lobby. Return the shopping trolley. Offer to hold the lift for a parent with a pram. Host one simple courtyard meetup a month — tea, nothing fancy.

Communities get warmer when people do ordinary kindness on repeat. Technology can support that. It cannot invent it.
